Job summary

HR Evolve Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Branding & Marketing Strategy Executive to shape the company’s branding and marketing direction. The role focuses on strategy, positioning, and campaign planning, coordinating with the team to execute ideas across digital platforms, recruitment campaigns, and events.

You will plan initiatives for growth, manage vendor collaborations, and work closely with interns, gaining exposure to management decisions and brand development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in branding, marketing, or strategy roles.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and branding.
• Able to plan strategy and support execution when needed.
• Competent in Meta Media Buying.
• Organised, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage overall branding and marketing direction.
• Ensure consistent brand message across social media, campaigns, and materials.
• Plan marketing strategies for recruitment, events, and business growth.
• Work with internal team, interns and vendors on execution.
• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support organisation branding and lead generation initiatives.
