Job summary

Manus AI is seeking a seasoned Brand Designer to shape and evolve our visual identity across brand, marketing and product initiatives. You will create distinctive visual experiences that strengthen recognition and consistency.

From brand guidelines to merchandise, you will lead design projects, collaborate with product and marketing, and stay ahead of trends to keep Manus AI's visuals fresh and expressive across digital and print. Portfolio submission is required with the application.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in brand design, visual design or a related field.
• Proficiency in using a range of AI tools.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with other relevant design tools.
• A strong understanding of branding and the ability to translate brand positioning and communication goals into visual designs that are consistent, clear and expressive.
• Experience designing and producing digital and print materials, with an understanding of common output specifications, file preparation and production workflows.
• Ability to independently drive design projects, manage priorities and timelines, and deliver thoughtful, reliable work across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions, incorporate feedback and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of our brand visuals, including brand identity, visual language, key visuals, typography, color, graphics, illustration and related assets, strengthening brand recognition and consistency.
• Contribute to day-to-day marketing and operational design, supporting content publishing, community engagement, campaign promotion and other business needs. Ensure that all work is engaging, clear and consistent with the brand.
• Develop creative concepts and designs for merchandise and branded products. Follow projects through prototyping, material selection, printing and production specifications to ensure the intended design is accurately realized in physical products.
• Create, maintain and refine brand guidelines, visual standards, templates and asset libraries, ensuring consistent brand application across channels, media and teams.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve brand consistency and visual quality within our products.
• Stay informed about industry, cultural and design trends, as well as the aesthetic preferences of target audiences, and bring fresh ideas to the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
