Job summary

AIPER GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Visual Designer to contribute from concept to launch, shaping product positioning and brand identity. You will craft visuals for online lines, marketing campaigns, and international social channels.

Ideal candidates hold aVisual Communication Design degree with a strong portfolio, show collaborative spirit, clear communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Communication Design or related field; graduates welcome.
• Strong foundation in aesthetics and visual judgment, demonstrated through portfolio with branding sense.
• Collaborative team player with ownership, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, structured thinking and strong communication; connects work to upstream and downstream teams.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities; maintains high craft standards.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end creative process—from brainstorming and pitching ideas to design execution and launch—while aligning with product positioning and business goals.
• Create visual assets for online product lines, including marketing campaigns and overseas social media channels.
• Support the team in building the product visual system and omni-channel visual guidelines for a consistent brand image.
