Job summary

Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Brand Design Specialist to lead the visual identity of our brand. You will create high-quality designs that are consistent, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.

You will develop visual directions, mood boards and art direction for campaigns, and design key visuals for advertising, social media, packaging, print and digital channels. The role requires a Diploma/degree in Graphic Design or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong skills in

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design or art direction.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design range and concept development.
Keen eye for colour, typography, layout and composition.

Responsibilities

Develop visual directions, mood boards and art direction for campaigns.
Design key visuals for advertising, social media, packaging, print and digital channels.
Maintain and update the brand visual guidelines.
Brief and guide photographers, videographers and freelance designers.
Keep up to date with design trends and introduce new visual ideas.
Review creative output to ensure quality and brand consistency.
