Job summary

Bravo is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Brand Designer to bring brand identities to life from concept to final deliverables. You’ll work across identity design, brand collateral, packaging, environmental graphics, and brand playbooks with real creative ownership.

You will design brand identity systems, develop collateral across print and digital, and contribute to guidelines and playbooks used by clients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in graphic design or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showing identity design and brand systems.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail.
• Able to articulate design decisions clearly to both the team and clients.

Requirements

• – 2 to 4 years in graphic design or brand design, ideally at a branding or design studio
• – Strong portfolio showing identity design and brand systems, not just one-off graphics
• – Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
• – Sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
• – Able to articulate design decisions clearly to both the team and clients

Nice to Have

• – Experience designing for hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
• – Motion graphics or basic animation skills
• – Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative workflow
