Job summary

In this role you’ll plan shoots, manage content production, and foster relationships with influencers and agencies to amplify brand narratives and maintain campaign readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in managing, producing & publishing content across social channels.
• Solid knowledge of social platforms, algorithms and ads.
• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics tools.
• Familiar with AI tools for content production.
• Creative copywriting or journalistic writing ability.
• Experience planning and executing shoots for campaigns and events.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance.
• Experience collaborating with agencies and influencers.
• Independent, proactive and able to manage timelines.
• Passion for home furnishing and IKEA brand values.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content across social, digital and brand channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support communication and business priorities.
• Lead sourcing, adaptation, production and delivery of content.
• Plan photography and video shoots, including concept and storyboard.
• Develop compelling product stories and campaigns with visuals and copy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Manage influencers, agencies and vendors on content work.
• Monitor performance and share learnings with the team.
• Support administrative tasks like purchase orders and invoicing.
