Job summary

Koocester Group PTE. LTD. is seeking a Brand Partnerships professional in Singapore to open conversations, discover brand needs, and close signed partnerships.

You will craft proposals within 12 hours, nurture existing clients, and brief producers to ensure compelling campaign storytelling. Strong sales drive and social-media insight are valued. Role involves daily lead outreach, discovery calls, and weekly reporting in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales with a target or quota.
• Calm confidence on the phone and in-person meetings.
• Fast responder with strong follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Open new conversations every day: calls, DMs, email, LinkedIn, events and referrals.

You open doors for brands. Koocester runs six media titles: Koocester, Autos, Homes, Business, Foodie and Wealth. Singapore's founders and brands come to us to be seen. You are the person who finds them, understands what they need, and turns that into a signed partnership.

Your week

• Open new conversations every day: calls, DMs, email, LinkedIn, events and referrals
• Run discovery calls and learn what each brand needs to sell more
• Send a clear proposal within 12 hours and follow it through to a decision
• Keep past clients close and bring them back for the next campaign
• Brief our producers so every story you sell is delivered beautifully
• Report your numbers in the daily and weekly sales meeting

How you win

• Daily: new leads, follow-ups, meetings booked
• Weekly: proposals sent, deals closed, revenue secured, pipeline value
• Monthly: close rate, repeat clients, referrals, forecast accuracy

You bring

• At least 2 years in sales, ideally with a target
• Calm confidence on the phone and in the room
• Speed: you reply fast and follow up without being chased
• A feel for social media content and what makes brands stand out

A bonus if you have

• Media, marketing, video or creative industry experience
• A CRM habit (HubSpot, Lark or similar)
