Job summary

99 Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing professional to lead our brand and consumer growth initiatives. You will craft compelling campaign positioning, messages, and value propositions to accelerate our market presence.

Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to execute multi-channel programs, analyze outcomes with data, and build partnerships that drive growth in a fast-paced tech-enabled real estate space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in brand management or marketing.
• Broad experience across multiple marketing functions beyond social media.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour for the brand.
• Proficient with marketing analytics tools to track campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing & consumer growth strategies aligned with company goals.

• Campaign | Activity goals set up with focus on growth and targeted metrics
• Preparation of marketing materials for the activity/campaign
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and support sales/product teams with their needs from marketing team
• Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Manage online/offline marketing activities which includes : webinars, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, brand activation and outreach activities
• Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• A well-rounded marketing professional with experience across multiple marketing functions, beyond social media and digital marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
• Understanding of the marketing/media industry landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour relevant to the brand's target audience.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
• Experience in consumer or brand marketing.
