Vintage Sports Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to drive growth for our branded footwear and apparel portfolio across Asia Pacific. You will develop end-to-end marketing campaigns, manage a team, analyze market trends, and collaborate with brand principals, agencies, and sales teams to maximize sales and profitability.

You will own budgets, set KPIs, monitor digital marketing performance including social media, EDMs, SEO, and paid advertising, and report

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, retail, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a marketing role with focus on brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Metrics-driven marketer with creativity and growth mindset.
• Proficiency with social media strategy, marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Plan, maximise, drive sales and profitability of brands with end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Report monthly brand performance and provide insights, recommendations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Set marketing goals and KPIs, and manage budgets for each brand.
• Manage relationships with brand principals, creative agencies, and vendors for smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Brand management: develop and execute initiatives for advertising and communications across print, digital, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with sales to plan and implement activities/promotions to drive sales.
