in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive (Content & Digital) to build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars, plan campaigns around product launches and promotions, and coordinate campaigns across channels. You will develop campaign themes and content angles for different audiences, take end-to-end ownership of execution, and monitor performance across Reels, short-form video, social posts, EDMs, and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, especially in digital/social/content marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, short-form video trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the monthly and quarterly content and campaign calendar.
• Plan campaigns around product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and business priorities.
• Develop campaign themes, content angles, and communication approaches for different audiences.
• Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution — briefing, coordinating, timeline management, and delivery.
• Monitor performance across Reels, short-form video, social posts, EDMs, and paid campaigns.
• Track reach, engagement, watch time, clicks, and conversions.
• Identify underperforming content, diagnose why, and recommend fixes.
• Develop hooks, creative concepts, and content direction for Reels, videos, and social posts.
• Write clear creative briefs for content creators and designers.
• Review content before publishing to ensure it meets objectives and brand direction.
