SUPERPETS TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of Content & Marketing to be the creative engine and strategic mastermind behind our brand.

You will own the entire marketing funnel—from conceptualizing high-level brand campaigns to shooting reels and designing ad creatives. You will lead brand strategy, content creation, and performance marketing with a data-driven mindset, collaborating across teams to drive growth in the pet retail space.

Qualifications

3+ years in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management in E-commerce/Retail/Pet industries.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and mobile editing apps.
Strategic thinker who can translate brand goals into multi-channel campaigns and measurable growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing calendar (Social, Email, Website, In-Store).
Guard and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints and campaigns.
Plan and lead seasonal product launches, promotions, and events.
Create engaging photo/video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; write compelling copy for posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads; run A/B tests to improve CTR/ROAS; analyze content performance and translate insights into strategy.
