Job summary

AMACHA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Marketing & Brand Manager to own the brand identity, marketing strategy and customer-facing presence across outlets, retail products and digital channels. You will shape messaging, content and campaigns with a hands-on, strategic mindset.

You will collaborate with the Founder and cross-functional teams, with opportunities to build and lead a marketing team as AMACHA scales locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, retail, consumer brands or fast-moving businesses preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand building, marketing strategy and consumer behaviour.
• Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with social media and digital content.
• Confident in developing campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing business environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Positive team player who can manage junior team members while executing tasks.
• Experience working with agencies, influencers, creators or external marketing partners is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Management: develop and maintain brand positioning, identity, tone of voice and messaging.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: plan and execute annual and monthly plans; lead campaigns.
• Content & Social Media Strategy: lead content across TikTok, Instagram, RED and other platforms.
• Product Launches & Brand Activations: lead marketing for new products and brand activations.
• Customer & Community Engagement: strengthen engagement, monitor feedback and build community.
• Marketing Performance & Reporting: track KPIs, prepare regular reports and optimize strategies.
• Team Leadership & Development: lead and hire marketing team, build SOPs and workflows.
