Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media platforms and posting schedules.
• Experience reviewing digital content for brand alignment.
• Knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Law compliance is a plus.
• Possession of Class 3 Driving License is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing themes and ideas for monthly social media posting cycles.
• Vet completed marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand values.
• Coordinate with vendor and staff on filming days and requirements.
• Provide input on advertising themes, packaging, and brand awareness strategies.
• Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and CRM messaging; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate product photography shoots and upload images to the website catalog.
• Handle ad hoc operational requests like monitoring packaging and replenishment.
• Conduct Ministry of Law screening and due-diligence checks as required.
