Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Brand Lead to steer creative design and content marketing across digital, social and print channels. You will shape our brand identity, develop templates, and curate compelling visuals for proposals and campaigns.

You will plan and publish daily content showcasing our FM projects, manage the content calendar, and collaborate with operations and business development to source stories.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative design and content marketing across multiple channels.
• Ability to design persuasive bid/tender collateral and infographics.
• Strong storytelling skills with ability to source and curate project stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design and content marketing function across digital, social and print channels.
• Design bid and tender collateral—proposal documents, infographics, decks and visuals—for business development.
• Plan, create and publish daily/regular content showcasing FM works, projects, people and industry contributions.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, templates and guidelines for consistent output.
• Capture and curate site content—photography, video and case studies—from live FM operations and projects.
• Manage content calendar and social media channels to grow reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with operations, business development and management teams to source stories and project highlights.
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, videographers, agencies) as required.
• Host and support workshops and ESG outreach initiatives and events.
• Support marketing campaigns, corporate events, awards submissions and industry engagements.
