A valid driver’s license and prior delivery experience are required, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of delivery driver experience, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Singapore's geography and ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Physically fit to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting delivery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, updating the system with real-time status updates and obtaining customer signatures as proof of delivery.
• Navigating through Singapore's roads and territories, adhering to traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
