EASYVAN (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic in-store promoter in Singapore to engage shoppers near the checkout, demonstrate the EASYVAN app, and help customers place delivery orders. You will guide users through promos, answer questions, and coordinate with Lalamove driver-partners to ensure smooth pickups.

The role emphasizes customer service, proactive communication, and maintaining on-brand promotional displays within busy retail environments. Prior retail or event experience is a plus.

Formación

• 0-2 years of customer service related or retail sales experience.
• Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality; comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers.
• Confidence in using mobile apps and guiding customers through their features.
• Excellent organisational skills & interpersonal communication skills.
• Diligent, detail-minded, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retails/sales/events organization would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively approach shoppers near the checkout area to introduce on-demand furniture transport services.
• Guide customers through downloading the app, applying promotional codes, and placing delivery orders.
• Answer service enquiries and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the booking process.
• Liaise with matched Lalamove driver-partners to coordinate pickups and assist with booking or pickup issues.
• Deliver attentive customer service and proactively support customers’ needs.
• Maintain promotional materials and displays in line with established visual and branding guidelines.
• Represent the brand professionally and ensure consistent execution of in-store promotional activities.
