LVL Music is seeking a highly organised, proactive Branch Executive to oversee the daily operations of our music academy and instrument shop in Singapore. The role requires ownership, problem solving and delivering excellent customer service while operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and in person; coordinating lesson schedules, invoices and stock; supporting sales and events; and maintaining accurate records with minimal

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in customer service, administration or retail operations.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Confident, professional and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Resourceful and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and computerised business systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily centre operations and respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and in person.
• Assist customers with lessons, instrument purchases, rentals, repairs and general enquiries.
• Coordinate lesson schedules, appointments, bookings and customer visits.
• Prepare invoices and administrative documentation; manage stock replenishment and system updates.
• Process online orders, pack, deliver and collect instruments.
• Maintain accurate customer information and transaction records in company systems.
• Troubleshoot routine operational issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Refer potential sales opportunities to the sales team and support events where required.
