Job summary

Nirvana Memorial Garden Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support our digital campaigns across social media, website, EDM, and paid media. You will coordinate assets, timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will update website content, assist in EDM sends, monitor performance, and compile basic reports on reach and engagement. Strong English and Chinese communication, frontline service mindset, and ability to work on

Qualifications

• 5 days' work week; willing to work on weekends/public holidays on a rotation basis
• Confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ensure a positive client experience by following up and resolving customer service-related issues
• Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, EDM, and paid media channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of campaign materials across different digital platforms.
• Update website content such as banners, landing page copy, course highlights, and promotional information.
• Assist in creating and sending EDMs/newsletters for campaigns and announcements.
• Ensure content published on digital platforms is accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Monitor content and campaign performance across social media, email, and website channels.
• Compile basic reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Identify content and campaign improvement opportunities based on performance results.
• Ambassador for partner temple
• Oversee daily operation requirement, ensuring smooth experience for visitors and agent partners.
• Ensures premises are maintained adequately and meet both operating requirement and standards.
• Prepare and provide ceremonial services to columbarium user in a warm and friendly manner in accordance with temple service requirement.
• Good product knowledge is essential to ensure good/suitable recommendation is provided to all visitor, in a sensitive and personalized manner.
