NAMLY VETERINARY SURGERY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our boutique small animal practice.

You will greet clients and their pets, manage appointments, and support daily operations with warmth and professionalism. You should have at least 3 years of healthcare reception experience, excellent communication, and be comfortable multitasking across calls, messages, registrations, and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience in a veterinary clinic or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient with basic computer systems; experience with veterinary practice management software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment bookings and patient registrations.
• Dispense medication and go through post op care instructions with owners.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and nurses to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area organised and welcoming.
