Job summary

KINN, Singapore’s first truly boutique capsule hotel, invites you to join as an Operations Associate at its South Bridge Road outlet. You will deliver outstanding guest service through front office duties, with optional housekeeping and/or barista tasks to create a seamless guest experience.

In this full-time role, you’ll check in/out guests, handle bookings via PMS and OTAs, and share local insights to enhance stays while maintaining the property to the highest cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and comminated to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform check in and check out duties in accordance with the Hotel’s P&P Standards.
• Update guest information into Hotel PMS system.
• Checking and charging of daily arrivals, guest in house and future bookings via Hotel PMS and various OTAs (Online Travel Agent) according to Hotel P&P standards.
• Provide detailed information about the property, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations in a courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Change linens, towels, and restock amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Inspect and turn all linens for outgoing washing or returning from laundry contractor.
• Respond to any Housekeeping calls from guest or Supervisors as and when required.
