Job summary

JMS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is hiring a boiler attendant in Singapore to monitor and operate machineries and systems across facilities. You will perform regular checks, service, and documentation for steam boilers and related equipment, and assist with installation tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Nitec/Higher Nitec in mechanical or electrical engineering, a Class 1/2 Boiler Certificate, and at least 3 years of boiler experience. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Class 1 / Class 2 Boiler Certificate required.
• At least 3 years of experience as boiler attendant.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate machineries as per requirement.
• Carry out periodic checking, servicing and recording of the steam boiler and other facilities equipment / system.
• Removal and installation of ETO gas cylinders as per usage or demand.
• Monthly preparation of filters elements for plant renewal usage.
• Routine renewal of filter for compressor, water process plants, AHU and exhaust system.
• General repair and periodic preventive maintenance works of facilities and equipment.
• Co‑ordinate and assist contractors in repair or installation works.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior.
