Job summary

UWCSEA Dover is seeking a Senior Boarding Services Executive on a maternity cover contract from 1 October 2026 to 11 March 2027. The role involves coordinating day-to-day boarding operations, handling student administration, travel arrangements, and liaising with parents and staff.

A strong emphasis is on pastoral care and implementing the Residential Life Curriculum. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field; experience in boarding or student-facing roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fields related to social or educational occupations.
• Post-graduate certificate or diploma with 5 years or more experience could be considered.
• 2 years boarding or student-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the boarding house.
• Handle students' administrative needs and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support pastoral care and delivery of Residential Life Curriculum.
• Assist with term breaks, projects, and ad hoc tasks as required.
