Job summary

UWCSEA Dover is seeking a Senior Boarding Services Executive (Maternity Cover) to join the Boarding team. The role coordinates boarding operations, maintains student records, and supports the Residential Life Curriculum with a warm pastoral approach for 13–19 year-olds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social/educational fields or related qualification with 5+ years boarding experience.
• At least 2 years of boarding or educational experience in a student-facing role with operational coordination skills.
• Ability to provide pastoral care and communicate in English; proficient with G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily boarding house operations and student documentation.
• Coordinate term breaks, holidays, facilities maintenance, and inventory.
• Liaise with houseparents, clinic staff, facilities, parents and suppliers for seamless care.
• Lead special operational or pastoral projects supporting Residential Life Curriculum.
