Job summary

UWCSEA Dover seeks an experienced University Advisor to guide students and families through multi-country post-secondary paths from August 2027. The role operates in a fast-paced, international environment, providing strategic mentorship and engaging with university representatives globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and proven track record as an international High School University Advisor.
• Experience managing multi-country application processes across Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, UK, and US.
• 3+ years in a high-volume international school environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-volume university advising programme for 1,300+ students across 25+ countries.
• Maintain personalised caseloads (approx. 55 students in Grades 11 and 12) and support gap year graduates.
• Guide students on course selection and financial aid pathways, including scholarships.
• Design presentations and workshops for students and parents on international admissions.
• Mentor staff on drafting robust recommendation letters and manage admissions communications.
