Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an intern for the O&P NET (Non-Executive Talent) team in Singapore. The intern will help research potential board and advisory talent, and assist in governance-related initiatives.

You will contribute to frameworks, automation opportunities, and data management while learning governance and investment stewardship practices within Temasek’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Postgraduate interns: prior HR resourcing or research experience is advantageous; good IT skills and databases.
• Strong language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and proactive in researching information.
• Meticulous and diligent in maintaining databases and data confidentiality.
• Good coordination and organisational skills.
• Professional and discreet with confidential information.

• Research and generate a pipeline of potential board/advisory talent.
• Design talent frameworks and identify process automation opportunities.
