Temasek Holdings is seeking a Board & Advisory Talent & Governance Intern (Jan - Jun 2027) to support the NET team in researching and building a pipeline of potential board and advisory talent. The role involves designing talent frameworks, automating processes, and collaborating with Technology and Compliance to strengthen data governance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Experience in HR resourcing or research capacity is advantageous.
• Good language skills, analytical thinking, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Research and generate a pipeline of potential talent for boards, advisory panels, and corporate advisors.
• Collaborate to design talent frameworks and identify process automation opportunities.
• Enhance knowledge management and articulate data hierarchies and policies with relevant teams.
• Support related duties to assist the NET team.
