Temasek Holdings is offering an Off-Cycle Intern role in Investment Stewardship (Governance & Shareholder Value) for Jan–Jun 2027. The intern will research global governance trends, assist with governance diagnostics, and engage with portfolio companies on board effectiveness and shareholder value alignment.

The role provides exposure to how a global investor evaluates boards, incentives, and rights, supporting long-term value creation across Temasek's portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on global governance trends across boards, remuneration, rights and regulations.
• Prepare governance diagnostics and briefing materials for portfolio engagement.
• Participate in discussions with governance thought leaders and regulators; translate takeaways into recommendations.
• Help track stewardship activities and engagement outcomes to inform portfolio priorities.
