Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the NET team in Singapore. The role focuses on rolling out AI-enabled data workflows, building AI/ML use cases, and enhancing data governance across the organization.

You will work with Microsoft Agentic Suite, Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau and Snowflake Cortex Agent, handling data quality, reporting, and dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Technical familiarity with AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Agentic Suite, Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau and Snowflake Cortex Agent.
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with experience maintaining databases and large datasets.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Data Science or similar discipline.
• Proficient in Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL and web scraping techniques.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to document work clearly.
• Meticulous in creating, maintaining and updating reports and dashboards timely.
• Strong coordination, organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.

Introduction

The O&P NET (Non-Executive Talent) team

• Ensures Temasek Portfolio Companies (TPCs) are guided and led by competent, well-constructed, future-ready Boards to navigate a challenging and uncertain environment
• Identifies, Tracks, and Engages with an extended Board-ready talent network to support existing and emerging requirements of the Temasek Ecosystem
• Identifies, Engages and Manages the Temasek Advisory network, working as the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner for this population. Our Advisory Network spans regional panels to advisors who may support our investment due diligence work.

You will be a member of the NET team to roll out the next milestone of our Talent Database system, and support the integration of AI into daily workflows using tools such as Microsoft Agentic Suite (including Power Automate), UiPath, Tableau, Snowflake Cortex Agent and SaaS solutions to drive productivity, insights, excellence and improved outcomes.

Responsibilities

Data Analyst

• Build new AI/ML use case to improve productivity and efficiency
• Use data analytics to explore, innovate and provide insights
• Data Governance - Tracks and monitors data quality, maintains the Data dictionary
• Supports Reporting & Analytics
• Participate in NET function and process re-imagination to drive institutional outcomes
• Create and deploy Agents that would improve and streamline all facets of the NET function, including but not limited to reporting, data analytics, portfolio company and board talent research and analysis

The incumbent will be able to gain the following competencies:

• Experience in Robotic process Automation (RPA), Power Automate, Tableau, Cortex, working with SaaS data cloud such as Snowflake
• Gain knowledge in driving process alignment, elicit user requirements, process documentation, testing and deployment of a CRM and Talent database.
• Gain experience in creating Agents and driving Agentic AI implementation across team's processes
• Gain exposure and appreciation to the talent management issues in Boards and the C-Suite in top global corporates - including governance, talent engagement and assessment

Requirements

• Technical familiarity with developing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Agentic Suite (including Power Automate), UiPath, Tableau, Snowflake Cortex Agent
• Good analytical skills, details oriented and experience in maintaining and updating databases, working with extensive datasets
• Currently pursuing a degree or major in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
• IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards on a timely basis
• Strong co-ordination and organization skills
• Highly professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality on projects and HR information
