Job summary

The People Lab Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced on-site project lead to manage BMS/EMS installation activities and coordinate with multiple contractors and stakeholders. You will report to the Project Manager and provide weekly progress updates, ensuring alignment with project timelines and safety standards.

You will oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities, while tracking issues and risks, and supporting close-out with thorough documentation and sign-offs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s representative for overall site management.
• Lead and coordinate BMS/EMS installation works on site.
• Manage and coordinate with Main Contractor, ACMV Contractor, installation teams, RTO and other project stakeholders.
• Report to the Project Manager with weekly progress updates and risk flags.
• Attend weekly site and project meetings.
• Possess technical competency to understand BMS/EMS workflows and site TC requirements.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as the company’s representative for overall site management.


• Lead and coordinate the BMS/EMS installation works on site.


• Manage and coordinate with the Main Contractor, ACMV Contractor, installation teams, RTO and other project stakeholders.


• Report to the Project Manager and provide weekly updates on site progress, project status, outstanding matters and risks.


• Attend weekly site meetings and internal project meetings.


• Possess sufficient technical competency to understand the BMS/EMS system workflow, installation and T&C requirements, and be able to lead the site team.


• Closely monitor the project programme and highlight potential delays or risks to the Project Manager.


• Prepare and maintain detailed trackers / micro-schedules for installation, testing and commissioning activities.


• Coordinate and arrange testing schedules with the Main Contractor and ACMV Contractor.


• Inspect completed installation works and coordinate inspections with the RTO for the necessary sign-offs.


• Promptly highlight any issues that may result in commercial or contractual impact.


• Drive project close-out activities and ensure proper completion and handover of all site-related works

Requirements:

• Must have experience with site installation, testing & commissioning


• Possess strong communication and leadership skills


• Must be comfortable managing contractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders on site

Other Info:

• Must be able to work half day on Saturday


• Requires to clear the security clearance
