Job summary

Azbil Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an engineer to design and implement Building Management Systems for commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.

You will analyze project requirements, propose technical solutions, and oversee BMS implementation. You will design and develop intuitive BMS graphics and dashboards, ensuring real-time insights for operators. Collaboration with other engineers and stakeholders will be essential to deliver high-quality solutions and provide post-installation

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, SCADA and Building Management Systems is a plus.
• Experience in project documentation is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Independent problem solver eager to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Building Management Systems for commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.
• Analyze project requirements, propose technical solutions, and oversee BMS implementation.
• Ensure smooth communication between BMS components and external systems.
• Design, develop, and implement user-friendly BMS graphics and dashboards for real-time operator insights.
• Ensure graphics are intuitive and provide comprehensive control and monitoring features.
• Implement and maintain SCADA systems for large-scale monitoring and control of building operations.
• Integrate SCADA with existing BMS components for centralized control.
• Keep all design and development documents up-to-date for future reference.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and post-installation phases.
