Job summary

Grace HR Solutions is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer (BMS) for on-site work in Singapore. The role requires hands-on involvement in project cycles, coordination with consultants, and supervision of engineering and system design activities.

You will manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and liaise with customers and stakeholders to meet project milestones. A degree or diploma in engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC/ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, RCU etc.
• Knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens PLC).
• Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System.
• Prefer relevant working experience; prefer with LTA ECS/LCS, TVS project experience.
• Prefer with IEC 61508 and LTA documentation submission.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects and contractors; handle all technical matters.
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Supervise site activities, coordination and engineering/system design.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with WSH policies.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with external parties and customers.
• Liaise with stakeholders to plan and direct activities for assigned projects.
