Job summary

SHINRYO CORPORATION is looking for a BMS Electrical Engineer in Singapore to support Building Management System projects. The candidate will handle technical coordination, installation supervision, and commissioning of BMS electrical and controls systems.

Ideal candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience in BMS systems. They will coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure project safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in BMS / BAS / controls systems.
• Good knowledge of BMS controls, DDC panels, and control wiring.
• Familiar with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or KNX.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of BMS electrical works.
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams.
