Job summary

allied search pte. ltd. is seeking a candidate with substantial experience to lead BMS projects in Singapore. The role encompasses managing project execution from design to handover, ensuring technical compliance, and overseeing teams.

Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and have at least 8 years of relevant experience in BMS/BAS, including 3 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BMS/BAS/controls systems.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of BMS projects.
• Evaluate project specifications and ensure technical accuracy.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for project stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless coordination of BMS with other building systems.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules and resources.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors according to specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and project risks.
• Oversee project documentation preparation and submissions.
• Direct testing and commissioning activities.
• Support commercial aspects of projects through procurement planning.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
