Qualifications

• Degree in civil/ structural/ mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in structural engineering and mechanics of material.
• Able to effectively communicate with authorities, clients and other relevant parties in technical discussions and problem-solving sessions.
• Effective written communication and report writing skills.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines.
• Qualification of Competent Person (Blast) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with structural analysis & CFD software packages such as LS-DYNA is an advantage.

• Prepare detailed reports for Blast Effect Analysis, Structural Resilience Studies, and any other reports as required by the projects.
• Prepare and deliver detailed specifications and drawings of protective measures for tender/ construction.
• Collaborate and coordinate with in-house and external specialist consultants in delivering the best project results

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform Blast Effect Analysis on buildings, facilities, structures, facades etc in accordance with codes/standards such as UFC 3-340-02 & ASCE 59-22.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/ structural/ mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Fresh graduate / Self-driven engineers without prior experience are welcometo apply.
• Strong fundamentals in structural engineering and mechanics of material
• Able to effectively communicate with authorities, clients and other relevant parties in technical discussions and problem-solving sessions
• Effective written communication and report writing skills
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines
• Qualification of Competent Person (Blast) is an advantage
• Proficiency with structural analysis & computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software packages such as LS-DYNA is an advantage
