Job summary

AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE (INTERNATIONAL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Paired Inside Sales Account Manager (iAM) to work with the Account Manager to grow biopharma coverage.

You will identify opportunities, manage sales activities, and support the sales funnel across product lines. In this role, you will partner with the AM to develop account strategies, engage customers, schedule meetings, demonstrations, and support quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Experience in scientific instrumentation, laboratory operations, biopharma, or inside sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned biopharma accounts.
• Conduct outbound engagement via phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital tools.
• Generate and nurture leads to build a healthy pipeline.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Support quotation preparation and sales administration activities.
