Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Technical Service Engineer in Singapore to support customers with high quality technical resolutions and product guidance. You will be on-site, collaborating with engineering and clinical teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot remotely, perform on-site installations, coordinate RMAs, and contribute to knowledge sharing to improve service processes across APAC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of basic engineering principles, troubleshooting, electronics.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking in wireless environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10/11 Pro.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and remote troubleshooting to customers.
• Handle RMAs and service orders, repair or replace defective devices.
• Conduct on-site field service visits for installations and maintenance.
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge bases and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA and product teams to address customer needs.
