Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Laboratory Support Associate to provide operational support to ensure the efficient and compliant functioning of a bioanalytical laboratory. You will assist with equipment maintenance, inventory management, sample and reagent tracking, and reagent preparation.

A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required. Prior lab support experience and familiarity with GLP, GCP or GMP environments are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a laboratory support, laboratory operations, or laboratory technician role is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCP, GMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment records and coordinate routine maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• Manage procurement, receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of laboratory supplies, consumables, critical reagents, standards, and matrix.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and other laboratory solutions following approved procedures.
• Support sample, matrix, and reagent accessioning, tracking, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain freezers, refrigerators, and laboratory storage areas to ensure proper organization and compliance.
