Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Support Technician to maintain equipment records, coordinate maintenance, and manage reagents in a regulated lab environment in Singapore. You will handle storage, accessioning, and distribution of samples and supplies, support calibration activities, and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP standards while upholding safety and quality practices.

The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a laboratory support, laboratory operations, or laboratory technician role is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCP, GMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment records and coordinate routine maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• Manage procurement, receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of laboratory supplies, consumables, critical reagents, standards, and matrix.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and other laboratory solutions following approved procedures.
• Support sample, matrix, and reagent accessioning, tracking, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain freezers, refrigerators, and laboratory storage areas to ensure proper organization and compliance.
