Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis seeks a leader to design, develop, and scale predictive Bio-AI and integrated Consumer data models. You will transform data and knowledge into agent-ready AI solutions, guiding experimentation and accelerating cross-OU decisions.

You will oversee predictive Bio-AI models, agentic workflows, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring with ML Ops and CI/CD practices, reporting to an R&D Director in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or related field
• Strong Python engineering and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions
• Experience delivering predictive models, LLM apps, retrieval systems or agentic workflows
• Experience with tool calling, structured outputs, workflow orchestration, and agent state/memory
• Experience in evaluation approaches for ML/LLM/agentic AI systems
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud deployment, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, ML Ops/LLM Ops

Responsibilities

• Build Predictive and Agentic AI Solutions with multi-agent workflows across internal/external sources
• Deploy, validate, and scale AI capabilities with CI/CD, monitoring, and governance frameworks
