Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Data Scientist/ML Engineer to translate business problems into analytics and AI solutions. You will design, train, and optimise models, deploying them via APIs and collaborating with software and DevOps teams to scale production-ready AI systems.

You will monitor models, communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and stay current with AI advancements, applying best practices and new tools where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in machine learning implementation, deployment, and analysis of large datasets.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions using ML techniques.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Data Wrangling, Data Visualisation, and DBMS.
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch; experience with RSA.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights from large datasets.
• Translate business problems into analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Design, develop, train, and optimise ML models and algorithms.
• Evaluate model performance using validation, hyperparameter tuning, and optimisation methods.
• Deploy models into production environments and expose via APIs.
• Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps to build scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI advancements and recommend tools and best practices.
