Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Science & AI Engineer to develop and scale advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions that drive business growth across APAC.

You will design and deploy predictive models, recommendation engines, and AI-powered applications across CRM, retail, merchandising, marketing, and operations, collaborating with data engineering teams and business stakeholders to ship end-to-end DS products.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI product development.
• Advanced Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG architectures, semantic search, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience designing A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and business impact measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy predictive models, recommendation engines, and forecasting solutions.
• Build AI-powered applications across CRM, retail, merchandising, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineering, and tech partners to deliver end-to-end DS products.
• Move models from experimentation to production and monitor performance.
