Job summary

ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Specialist to design and deliver advanced, scalable AI solutions that tackle real-world business challenges. You will work within a high-performing, cross-functional team across Generative AI, NLP, personalization and predictive analytics.

You will build end-to-end ML pipelines, deploy models on cloud platforms, and mentor junior colleagues while driving innovation and AI strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, RL, Recommendation Systems, or Time Series Forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions across Generative AI, NLP, recommendations, and time series forecasting.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to deployment
• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to enhance solutions
• Define deployment strategies for production-grade AI on cloud platforms
• Drive technical design discussions for scalable and reliable systems
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the team
