Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support on-site building and civil engineering projects in Singapore. The role reports to the Project Manager and VDC Manager and drives BIM standards and content creation across projects.

You will guide a team of BIM Coordinators and Engineers, ensuring BIM processes are implemented and maintained, while providing in-house BIM and VDC training and leading coordination meetings.

Qualifications

Must have 5–10 years on-site experience in building or civil projects.
5–10 years experience in design, drafting, modelling, planning or engineering.
Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and processes.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Project Manager and VDC Manager.
Assist Project Director and VDC Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
Set BIM standards and generate BIM content for company and projects.
Ensure implementation of BIM processes.
Provide guidance and internal training in BIM and VDC applications and authoring.
Lead ICE Session, BIM Coordination, and related meetings.
