Job summary

Bimfinity International Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to grow our BIM and AEC business in Singapore. You will identify potential customers, promote BIM solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Ideal candidates have BIM sales experience, familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud, plus strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM-related sales or business development will be a strong advantage.
• Experience with Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud or other BIM/AEC solutions is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the BIM workflow and AEC industry.
• Existing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants or developers will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers among architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, developers and other construction-related companies.
• Promote and sell BIM releated software or solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers’ BIM workflows, software requirements and business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Proactively conduct cold calls, prospecting and business development activities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.
• Work closely with the technical/BIM team to provide suitable solutions and support to customers.
• Keep up to date with developments and trends in BIM industry.
