Qualifications

• At least 5 years of local Singapore project experience, preferably including HDB developments.
• Strong coordination with main contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit modeling for accurate architectural designs.
• Ability to start on short notice dates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with main contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Apply AutoCAD, Revit modeling skills to develop accurate architectural designs.
• Coordinate structural (C&S) and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Manage project tasks to accommodate short notice start dates when required.
