Job summary

Nakano Singapore (Pte) Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate Building Information Models for various projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure models and drawings meet requirements, standards, and deadlines.

The role focuses on preparing architectural shop drawings in Revit, coordinating BIM models, extracting data from 3D models, and delivering As-built drawings for handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Specialist Diploma / Certification in BIM Management or equivalent.
• Strong Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and design sense in BIM.
• Good communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ability to work independently with proactive time management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and brief requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative and strategic thinking to drive project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with all BIM aspects to align with cost and schedule.
• Prepare architectural shop drawings and working drawings in Revit.
• Provide BIM coordination and ensure timely deliverables.
• Extract information from 3D Revit models and resolve discrepancies with engineering.
• Develop drawings and specifications per client/consultant needs.
• Create as-built drawings for project handover.
• Attend technical/BIM meetings as required.
• Ensure all drawings are completed on time.
• Assist with tender bids by developing floor plans and sectional drawings.
