Job summary

KOH Infrastructure Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop, maintain, and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects in Singapore, delivering detailed 3D models and coordinated shop drawings.

You will read architectural, structural and M&E drawings, perform clash detection, and ensure version control. A diploma or degree and at least two years’ BIM experience are required; strong Revit skills are essential, with AutoCAD/Navisworks/BIM 360

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, M&E Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM Modeller experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Ability to coordinate models and perform clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models from drawings.
• Prepare BIM models, shop drawings, and layouts.
• Convert 2D designs into coordinated 3D models.
• Coordinate models across disciplines and identify clashes.
• Conduct clash detection and support resolution.
• Update models with revisions from site.
• Ensure BIM outputs comply with standards and procedures.
• Produce construction drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain version control and document management.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Assist with as-built modelling.
