Job summary

YUQI Building Contractor & Trading Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop, update, and maintain BIM models and drawings for RC structures and MEP systems in cleanroom and semiconductor facilities. You will work under the BIM Coordinator and coordinate with project engineers and site teams.

The role requires Revit proficiency, experience with AutoCAD/Navisworks, and a background in mechanical/building services. Knowledge of high-tech facility projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand RC structures and MEP systems.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models and engineering drawings for RC structures and MEP systems.
• Prepare and revise layout, shop, installation and as-built drawings.
• Support BIM coordination, clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
• Update models and drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
• Assist with site coordination, tender drawings, quantity take-offs and documentation as required.
