Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, BIM, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of architectural drafting or building design concepts.
• Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage (training provided).
• Willingness to learn BIM workflows, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and developing 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Maintain, update, and refine BIM models based on architects’ instructions, design changes, or client feedback.
• Assist in reviewing architectural BIM models to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and other engineering disciplines to support coordinated project models.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation for architectural project elements.
• Participate in BIM coordination discussions and support model integration tasks as required.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management, and adherence to BIM standards.
