Job summary

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architectural BIM modeller to join our project teams.

You will develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the design intent is preserved. Responsibilities include creating architectural floor plans, elevations, sections and details from the model, performing clash detection, and supporting construction documentation with properly organized BIM data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or BIM-related field.
• 2–4 years of architectural BIM modelling experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience on large-scale building projects preferred.
• Healthcare or hospital project experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed architectural models from approved drawings and specifications.
• Develop architectural floor plans, elevations, sections and details from the model.
• Coordinate architectural models with Civil, Structural, M&E and other specialists.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection to identify conflicts.
• Assist in resolving design and modelling issues with the BIM team.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure accurate BIM modelling.
• Update BIM models with approved design changes and RFIs.
• Prepare coordination and shop drawings for construction purposes.
• Maintain model revisions and ensure drawings are updated.
